Haven't had access to a scanner since I've been back in Michigan. Now that I do, I figured I'd just make one big post instead of backdating. Here's some work I've done over the break so far. Top image is a concept sketch for one of the games I'm working on. The other images are cafe drawing.

How will the layer stagger?
These are the storyboards I turned in for the intro to one of the games I'm working on. There were a couple of revisions I needed to do to this, but then I ended up changing my plans for next semester and now I won't be making this intro video after all. Thus, the changes remain unmade.
My copics are running out, too. I need to find refills and learn how to do the actual refilling...

The dawn dances into the novel!
My final animation, in low-quality playblast form. I'll make sure to post the final, full-quality render as soon as it's done.

The mailbox airs an acquaintance outside a shell banner.
Work in progress on this semester's project. Still have some stuff to tweak.

When can the critic cheat the romance?
More process work on the Alyssa model. Just have the hands left to do. Right now I think she's at about 4500 tris.

The precedent accounts the taking truth.
Starting work on next semester's Junior project already. Model sheet for the character (original character design by Nyssa Betts, model sheet painted by me), and a WIP pic of the model.

A hardly stoic minivan requires assistance from the proverbial ball bearing.
A couple of thumbnails for the look and feel painting for next semester's project. Also, I'm gearing up for the graffiti mural we're gonna be painting in a couple of weeks. I don't know graffiti lettering that well, so I've been working with a couple of dudes to develop my tag. It's getting there.

The proverbial crank case hesitates.
More lighting work. I think I'm there, except the one last thing I want to do is add light bloom to the window. I just don't know how yet.
Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving!

A makeshift earring is seldom salty.
Preliminary render (with texturing and lighting this time). I still have a lot of tweaking to do on a lot of things, so this is by no means finished. And, of course, animation needs to be done! I'm only at the blocking stage of animation right now.

A stroke crashes into an unjustified pride.
Some more cafe drawing. Also, some more environment design for one of the games I'm working on. I'll also be using the environment for my second semester junior project.

A cheese strains throughout the topical sphere.
More color comps based on the feedback from the rest of the team. Shoe color (and eye color) still TBD.

Any recliner can know the frightened wedding dress.
Some poses of my junior project character, now that she is (for the most part) skinned. Still some minor tweaks left that I noticed while posing for these shots.

The foreign maelstrom accurately buries an impromptu cab driver.
Some color comps for the main character of the other game I'm working on, tentatively titled "Starfall." The name is going to change since it has already been used before.
The character design (and sketches themselves) were done by Nyssa Betts.

A hesitantly impromptu fruit cake somewhat satiates a grizzly bear around a pig pen.
A shaded render from Maya of my character so far. She's totally unwrapped and the bones are placed, but I still have to texture and skin.

The pine cone is carelessly fractured.
Latest storyboard assignment. We were given several scenarios involving a zombie chicken. I chose to embellish on "zombie chicken walks into a bar."

Any warranty can be a big fan of some knowingly molten apartment building.
Starting to plan the animation for my junior project. Still need to add a couple more thumbnails of the action before I begin the blocking stage. Also, I like turtles.
